Delete your account
You can delete your Swag account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to the Swag website and the Swag app.
This can't be undone
- Your account is deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
- You won't be able to log in again with this mobile number.
- You can't create a new Swag account with the same mobile number.

Please share the mobile number registered with your Swag account. We will confirm the request with you before deleting anything, and your account will be deleted within 7 days of your consent.
What gets deleted
- Your profile details: name, email address and avatar
- Your sign-in with your mobile number, on every device
- Linked game IDs and app notification registrations
- Any unused wallet balance or cashback, which cannot be recovered afterwards
What we keep
Order, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and fraud-prevention laws require, after which they are deleted. Gift card codes you have already received stay valid with the brand that issued them, so save any you still want to use before deleting your account.
