Swag Community Guidelines
Last updated: 5th October, 2026
These guidelines form part of the Swag Terms of Use.
Rule 1. Remember the human
Everyone has the right to use Swag without being harassed, bullied or threatened.
- No targeted harassment, bullying or pile-ons against a player, creator or group.
- No threats of violence, and no content that encourages or glorifies violence or self-harm.
- No hate or slurs based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, region, language, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any similar identity.
- No content that insults or degrades anyone on the basis of their gender.
Rule 2. Respect other people's privacy
- Do not post anyone's personal information: real name, phone number, address, email, photos, workplace, school or financial details.
- Do not post someone else's BGMI ID, game account details or Swag account details to target or expose them.
- Screenshots must not reveal another person's private chats or personal details without their consent.
- Never post, or threaten to post, intimate or sexual images of anyone without their consent. This leads to immediate removal and a permanent ban, and we will cooperate with law enforcement.
Rule 3. Keep children safe
Do not post, share or ask for sexual, abusive or suggestive content involving anyone under 18. Any predatory or inappropriate behaviour towards a minor is strictly prohibited. We remove it immediately, ban the account permanently and report it to the authorities.
Rule 4. Be authentic
- You do not have to use your real name, but do not pretend to be someone you are not. No impersonating other players, creators, esports teams, KRAFTON, BGMI, Swag or Swag staff.
- Do not post fake announcements, fake giveaways, fake leaderboard results or edited screenshots presented as real.
- Do not knowingly spread false or misleading information.
Rule 5. No scams, cheats or dodgy deals
- No phishing, fake "free UC" offers, suspicious links or attempts to collect other people's logins, OTPs or payment details.
- No buying, selling, trading or renting game accounts, IDs, UC, in-game items or Swag rewards.
- No promoting, selling or sharing hacks, cheats, mods, exploits or any tool that breaks a game's rules.
- No real-money betting, gambling or promotion of real-money games.
Rule 6. No spam or manipulation
- No unapproved advertising, referral links or self-promotion for commercial gain.
- Do not use multiple accounts, bots or coordinated groups to inflate reactions, push content or bury other people's posts.
Rule 7. Images/GIFs/Videos
- No nudity, pornography or sexually explicit content.
- No gore, graphic violence, animal cruelty or shocking imagery.
- Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
Rule 8. Keep it legal
Do not post anything that is illegal under Indian law, or ask for or help with illegal transactions. This includes content that threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or public order, content relating to drugs, weapons or money laundering, and malware or harmful code.
Rule 9. Do not break Swag
Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with Swag, its community feed or other players' accounts, and do not try to get around a removal, restriction or ban.
How we enforce these guidelines
We review content and may act on it whether or not it has been reported. Depending on how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before, we may:
- Remove a post, comment, image or reaction.
- Issue a warning.
- Temporarily stop you from posting, commenting or reacting.
- Suspend or permanently ban your account from the community.
- Remove you from campaign leaderboards and withhold campaign rewards connected to the breach.
- Report the content to law enforcement where required by law.
Serious breaches, including anything involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, credible threats or fraud, may lead to an immediate permanent ban without a warning.
Reporting content
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, or if content about you has been posted without your consent, email us at support@swag.gg. We will acknowledge your complaint and review it.
If your content has been removed or your account restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you can appeal by writing to the same address.
Changes to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time. The latest version will always be available on Swag, and continuing to use the community means you accept the current version.
