Yes. All payments on Swag Store are processed through a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway over encrypted connections, and we never store your full payment details on our servers. Gift card codes are sourced directly from authorised brand partners, so every voucher is genuine and ready to redeem.
Swag Store offers gift cards at a discount to their face value - up to 17% on popular brands. The discount is applied instantly at checkout, so you pay less while receiving the full face value of the card. There are no points to accumulate or claims to file: the saving is reflected immediately in the price you pay.
You can pay using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app), credit and debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partner.
Delivery is instant. Your gift card code is issued within seconds of a successful payment, 24x7 - including weekends and holidays. You can view the code and redemption details any time under My Gift Cards on your account.
Redemption steps vary by brand. Each gift card on Swag Store includes brand-specific "How to redeem" instructions on its product page and alongside your purchased card in My Gift Cards.
Typically you enter the gift card code (and PIN, where applicable) in the brand's app or website at checkout or in their gift card / wallet section.
Validity differs by brand - most gift cards in India are valid for at least 12 months from the date of issue, and many for longer. The exact validity period is shown on each product page before you buy and with your purchased card details, so you always know how long you have to redeem.
Yes. A tax invoice is generated for every order. Open the order under My Gift Cards and you can view or download the invoice for your records or business expense claims.
Gift cards are digital products delivered instantly, so they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued. However, if your gift card is not working as expected, contact us on WhatsApp or email support@swag.gg and we will help resolve the issue.
Occasionally a payment confirmation from the bank is delayed. In most cases the order completes automatically within a few minutes, and any failed payment is auto-refunded to the source account by the payment gateway.
You can check your order status under Transactions. If it is still pending after 30 minutes, message us on WhatsApp or email support@swag.gg with your order details - we will make sure your gift card is delivered or your payment is refunded.
