Before visiting the store, activate and add your Chumbak GV/GC code to your GV balance account as instructed on the voucher or at the designated activation page.

Inform the Cashier
Before billing begins, announce your intent to use a Gift Voucher. The brand may ask for a valid government-issued ID at the time of redemption.

Present Your Voucher
Share your Chumbak Gift Voucher code or GV balance details with the cashier for redemption. Multiple vouchers can be used in one bill.

Pay Any Remaining Balance
If the bill exceeds the voucher value, settle the remaining balance using any accepted payment method.
