Where can I redeem the Sterling Holidays Gift Card?
Only on the Sterling Holidays website at https://www.sterlingholidays.com/bookings, for room reservations. It cannot be redeemed directly at Sterling resorts or on any other platform.
What can the Gift Card be used for?
Booking stays only. It cannot be used for food and beverage, spa, activities, banquet, transfers, sightseeing, retail purchases, third-party services or incidental expenses, and it is not applicable on package bookings, MICE or Corporate CUG bookings.
What denominations are available?
The minimum Gift Card value is Rs 1,000 and the maximum is Rs 50,000 per Gift Card.
What is the validity of the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. No cash refund or replacement is provided against expired Gift Cards.
Can I use more than one Gift Card in a transaction?
No. Only one Gift Card can be used per transaction. Multiple transactions can be performed using the same Gift Card until its balance is exhausted.
What if my booking costs more than the Gift Card value?
Pay the balance amount online using another accepted payment method at checkout.
