You do not have to spend it all at once — the same code and PIN work across multiple bills until the full value is used or the voucher expires. The voucher applies to medicine purchases only, and cannot be used for lab tests, doctor consultations, FMCG products, or insurance plans. If your bill comes to more than the voucher value, simply pay the difference by any other payment mode.

How to redeem

Open the Apollo 24|7 App
Open the Apollo 24|7 app and add the medicines or healthcare products you need to your cart.

Proceed to Checkout
Once your cart is ready, proceed to checkout.

Select Gift Voucher
Go to "All Coupons & Vouchers" and select Gift Voucher.

Enter Your Voucher Code
Enter the voucher code (and the PIN, if applicable), then tap "Use Voucher".

Complete the Payment
If the voucher covers the full amount, nothing more is due. If your bill is higher, pay the balance using any available payment method.

How do I redeem my Apollo Pharmacy Voucher?
Online, open the Apollo 24|7 app, go to "All Coupons & Vouchers" at checkout, select Gift Voucher and enter your code. In a store, share the voucher code with the cashier and ask them to apply Billing Code 10159 (Apollo Voucher).
Can I use this voucher online?
Yes. It works on the Apollo 24|7 mobile app as well as at select Apollo Pharmacy outlets.
Can I use the voucher more than once?
Yes. The same voucher code and PIN can be used multiple times until the full value is used up or the voucher expires, whichever comes first.
What can I buy with the voucher?
Medicine purchases, including Prescription and OTC products. It cannot be used for lab tests, doctor consultations, FMCG products, or insurance plans.
What if my bill is more than the voucher value?
Pay the difference using any other available payment mode. The voucher cannot be used for Cash on Delivery, cashback, or Apollo Health Credits.
